• Dead heats

14. Casino, Live Casino and Bingo

Casino, Live Casino and Bingo products may be subject to individual game rules in addition to these Terms.

Game outcomes are determined according to the applicable game rules and, where relevant, certified random
number generation or other approved game technology.

15. Bets and Wagers

Once a bet has been accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled except where cancellation is permitted by the

rules and risk-management procedures.

• Identity theft
• Account sharing
• Unauthorised use of payment methods
• Collusion
• Match fixing
• Cheating
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Using bots or unauthorised automated software
• Manipulating promotions
• Any activity intended to circumvent our security, responsible gambling or
  regulatory controls
• Any activity that is unlawful

  We may investigate suspected prohibited activity and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, regulation and these Terms. Where legally required, we may report suspected criminal or regulatory activity to the relevant authorities.

18. Account Suspension and Closure

We may temporarily restrict or suspend an Account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected.

19. Account Closure by You

22. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

We will not treat inactivity as an automatic forfeiture of customer funds where this would be inconsistent with
